During our three week vacation this was the only hotel that offered a buffet of fresh fruit. All other hotels served fruit on a plate. We liked the arrangement in this hotel, because you could choose which fruit you wanted to have on your plate.

They advertise fast broadband it was 3 MB hardly fast. There was nobody to take the luggage to the bedroom. We had four large 32 kg bags. The receptionist said they don’t have a porter and don’t offer this service it wasn’t worn off.
Free breakfast was definitely something you wouldn’t want to pay for. The only good thing from my point of view was the fact that there was actually fresh milk.
The room was nice and very clean and there were two large beds. The grounds are well looked after.

The staff was very helpful. There is not a lot of parking space and one of the members of the staff came to help me parking.
The location was also great, close to the airport, as we had a morning flight.

It’s like an oasis! In Belén, close to the airport. When you enter the gate, it’s peaceful, big property, nice gardens, tennis court and swimming pool and it feels super safe, plenty of parking space inside the property too. Our flight arrived late at night so it was wonderful that they have the restaurant open till late, which has great food. Also the staff of both the hotel and the restaurant abs very friendly.
The rooms are very spacious, clean and super comfortable beds. We loved it!

Love this place! It's got a post-colonial/Graham Greene/Early Bond vibe going on. The kind of place where the CIA would meet shady local informants to do deals but in very cool surroundings. It's totally incongruous as well, off what is essentially a loud, busy ring road there's this oasis of calm and cool. Think wood paneling, low lighting with a scattering of objects d'art around and maybe a martini or two and you've got the vibe. Awesome place and would 100% recommend.
