Thank you to the owner of the hotel, who was so lovely and accomodating for everything. We dined for both dinner and breakfast and both were great and very tasty. The staff were very helpful.
The views are incredible. We sat out on the terrace having drinks until the sun started to set. The mountain views are amazing. You are very high up (around 1500m) in a very sweet Swiss mountain town. You have to see it!

Not the hotel at fault but did not realize there would be a much road and rail noise. Didn't read the map closely enough, facilities and comfort was very good

A very nice family own hotel, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a standard double room which was spacious, modern and clean with a lovely view. The balcony was nice.
