A very nice family own hotel, clean rooms, and very friendly staff! The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! Beautiful boutique hotel in the center, close to the ski lift (5 minute walk). Brand new rooms with quality furniture, comfy bed, nice sheets. Shower has good water pressure which is nice after a day of skiing. Windows are well insulated so the noise from the bars did not bother us at all.

Very good accommodation, very clean, open spaces and the owners were very helpful. Would highly recommend it for people wanting to visit Zermatt very close to public transport and has an excellent view from the apartment.
Fabulous welcome and customer service - the host is used to welcoming guests trekking in the region and so was very aware of my needs and took an interest in my itinerary. Food in the restaurant for dinner and the included breakfast were both really fantastic and all served with lovely service. I was also given a packed lunch to take with me on my walk when I left (hiking the Haute Route trek). The hotel is only a short walk from the waking paths and the train station. Highly recommend!!
Ok yes, the outside of the building isn’t the most beautiful, however. That loses all importance when walking in. The room is nice and big, everything is taken care of fully by Yannic, this guy is a great host and cares about the people staying.

Overall a great spot to stay. The place was undergoing some renovation, but even with that, I highly recommend. Rooms were nice - more like a U.S. hotel (depending on your likes - this is good or bad. Grin.) - but quite nice. The dinner was really great, too!
we stayed for two nights there, we enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located in a small village, not far from Zermatt. it was self check in, and the room was very modern and beautiful. The breakfast was great and yummy. The staff was so polite and nice to us.
Everything was great, staff super helpful, before we check in the staff even arranged a place in a different hotel for people, because they didnt have a spare room in La Reserve. But they helped people to get room in different hotel. Super helpful people!

Hotel La Reserve gave us a recently renovated room, one of the nicest I have every stayed in. Exceptionally comfortable, with a great view, I particularly liked the modern slated bathroom.
Easy check in, very clean and great equipped Studio made our stay in Switzerland really wonderfull. Kitchen was well equipped. We loved our backyard and easy arrangements with our hosts.
