Reception was curtly efficient. The room was comfortable and made up by mid-afternoon. The coffee machine was defective but the television worked, eventually(possibly weak batteries in the the remote control) and good, wooden hangers were available on request. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was reasonably generous but cold; the scrambled eggs were runny but fried eggs were available at a charge ( 2 for ChF5) and the toaster warmed the bread. The exercise room in the sauna area was easy to find at the head of fairly steep stairs without hand/guard rail; it did not have a stationary bicycle.

Gorgeous hotel in the middle of the Alps. Super comfy beds, lovely bedding and towels, gorgeous bathroom and hot shower and views to die for. Delicious breakfast in the morning too.

Beautiful view from out huge balcony. Lovely big room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is very diverse and generous. Staff is very polite and helpful. Wonderful spa facilities and pools.
We tried the fondue at the chalet style restaurant, it was delicious and well priced. Great customer service from the young waitress there too.
