The location is the best in Lugano. Amazing view and close to the shops and restaurants. Also very quiet although the main road is under it.Bus stop under the hotel.

A great hotel with a classy feel. Location was great to enjoy the view of Lugano and right next to the Funicular and buses. Pool was very nice with good hours, indoor and heated. Staff were very porfesisonal, friendly and helpful.

Excellent room with more than generous dimensions. Our room had a small enclosed portion of garden which our dog really enjoyed. Elegant and spacious bathroom with bath and shower. Breakfast in the standard. We chose a half board rate which turned out to be more than positive with an excellent dinner with a high value for money.
Location is amazing, by the lake and walking distance to the train station. Also a bus stop is in front of the hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows. I asked for an extra blanket and I received big, fluffy blanket that kept me warm. When I was booking it stated “room with street view “ but we had a terrace available with table and chairs, also with a view to the lake.
The room had a fabulous view of the lake and the surrounding mountains and just about 2 or 3 mins away from the lake promenade. If arriving by train there's a direct bus to the hotel. The hotel provides only breakfast but there's a pizzeria and two other restaurants a few metres away.
This is a very charming little hotel with a fantastic location on the Lugano lake. Very frendly staff. We have been there twice now and we like to come back.

We loved the friendly welcome, the comfortable and clean rooms, the recommendations and the breakfast was lovely. It was quiet and peaceful, which we needed, and we had a lovely morning in Morcote and a walk back to Melide.
