Old stone house with the atmosphere of old times. Very comfortable, modern bathroom and kitchen, new long beds. Very spacious with many rooms. Wifi worked well and for children there was an Xbox in the house. Everything was perfect. Accommodation was clean, well equipped (towels, sheets, toilet paper, dishwasher...). The owners were very nice and helpful. Lots of peace and quiet for relaxation – you only hear the sounds of nature. Tourist signs lead directly from the house. You are alone on the hiking trails. (This is very unusual in the Alps.) In nice weather you can swim in the river, but you have to drive (sandy beach in Intragna).

As we were getting a train at 8.20 am full breakfast facilities were not available but we were kindly provided with a self service breakfast - fine for our needs. They cater for special dietary needs. Rooms very tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Also nice to have a balcony for 2 of our rooms (enjoyed watching the bats flying in the evening too) . Very friendly welcoming owners/staff. Good location with view & situated on the Centovallie train route. Great evening meal with local produce outdoors across the road under grapevines. Interesting walk through the old historic Camedo village. Owners assisted us getting new booking with Booking.com when we had to come 1 day later.
