Blausee is very pretty and this is well known. During the day, the place swarms with day tourists, but in the evening and in the morning, you as a hotel guest have it to yourself.
And the very friendly staff really makes the best out of it.

Location: The hotel is in the middle of the park and by the lake Blausee. No ticket needed to entre the park.
Room: Our room was nice and clean, with hot water for shower which was a big treat and relief after our long hike.
Restaurant: Hotel restaurant served a diverse menu, including the famous local trout. The breakfast was on an order basis but unlimited.
Spa: We didn't have time to try the spa...
Transport: Bus at the park entrance comes once every hour.
The hotel is actually inside the Blausee park so you can explore Blausee as much as you want. It’s a pity the beauty of Blausee was affected by the cloudy weather but is still super pretty.
The restaurant in the hotel is glorified and the staff is pretty kind and friendly to chat with me.
The best thing about this hotel is you can enjoy a morning lake view without tourists bothering you and enjoy all the lovely view.

The room was perfect. Spa was nice and loved the outdoor baths and jacuzzi. Super quiet and ideal location. And finally the staff are so super amazing. I went alone for some recharge time with my little dog, and the entire hotel staff made me feel so loved and not alone at all.
All meals were *chefs kiss* delicious! From lunch to dinner to the cafe to the bistro. It's super worth every penny.
located just above the beautiful "blausee", nice to see many tourists come & go when you can enjoy the comfort of your own room right there. Breakfast was very tasty & generous, the spa is equipped with steam bath as well as saunas (2). The whole Blausee area as well as hotel & coffee shops or souvenir shop is privately owned, even if it seems to be a natural park & it is obviously well managed.
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was really nice to have free access to the parking lot and the Blausee area. The hotel is a bit rustic but really well conserved and cozy! The free SPA was a nice to have and it was open until late for us to use. We did not eat at the restaurant but we could see the other guests enjoying the dishes and they looked very yummy.
Amazing location for a 'Auszeit'. I needed to get some work done & get away from "life admin" and the hotel was perfect. Gorgeous location, great food, Coffee available (nespresso) - spacious room with desk (THANK YOU!). Spa, hiking and friendly staff. They were so nice to let me work on my laptop for extended time at the table & in spaces. Can't wait to go back.

I got a single room, that was very small however comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing, my room had a view to the mountains and it was beautiful. Breakfast is served from 8am and it is a la carte, I ordered an omelette with bacon and a crepes, delicious! Blausee Lake is incredible! I recommend to visit it.
The hotel and spa are classic, beautiful rooms, with a great attention to comfort and details. The property is enchanting. The spa is so beautiful and energizing. Our dinner with trout raised right there was amazing. Great wine list too. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.
The entire place is so magical ✨️ 😍 💖. The hotel staff, the hotel, the spa and massage, the nature park, everything was absolutely gorgeous. Also, visiting the little villages around Blausée is a must and take the cable carts up to the mountain from Kandersteg village
Pros: The most amazingly blue lake and forest, modern hotel rooms with comfy beds, friendly staff, fresh fish from the lake, unlimited a la carte breakfast, spa was wonderful with outdoor Jacuzzi, ham-mam and sauna.

The location of the hotel is ofcourse fabulous. The spa is very good with different sauna's and a jacuzzi outside. Rooms are not big but nice. The staff is very friendly.
