The apartment is good and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The terrace had a nice view, and the building has its own safe parking lot. It was a bit complicated with the key at the start, but somehow, we managed.

The apartment was in a beautiful position on the stunning lake.
There were 2 pools, a play ground etc, swimming in the lake, safe parking. The well tended grounds were large and beautiful.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped if small. The shower and bath good.
The owner was delightful, she responded well to all my messages. She left us a bottle of her delicious Prosecco in the fridge. There was coffee sugar condiments etc to use.

Very nice hotel, close to the city center and with an amazing view on the lake. My room was newly refurbished, it was very nice and clean. Communication with staff was smooth and they were also very helpful. Hotel has an amazing rooftop terrasse with a great view on the lake and mountains, unfortunately the weather was nice only the last day of my stay so I could not enjoy it so much, but it is one other reason to visit again. Highly recommended

Bissone is roughly 20 mins away by car from Lugano and has a railway connection in the nearby town of Melide. From Melide to Bissone a traveller can go on foot as there is a promenade along the lake. This promenade is one of the most beautiful I have found in Lugano, it is worth going to Bissone, just for its sake.
First of all, the surprise: we were given a Suite without asking. Then the location outside Lugano that can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The restaurant was nice: we had one dinner and all breakfast. No complaint. Staff extremely friendly.
The garage is very practical. There is a nice pool that we did not use. Dinner on the terrace is great.

Great location with beautiful views and beyond excellent food in the restaurant! Especially like the location is right next to a public swimming pool. No private parking but very convenient to park, used an app for parking without need to use CHF coins for payment. No doubt the price is high for a night but it’s Switzerland.

The apartment has a nice terrace where we can see the lovely view of the lake Lugano. The place is located just at the border between Switzerland and Italy. There is a very close parking nearby for bigger car or camper.
The hotel and all the facilities are well maintained, modern and clean, exceeded the level one can expect for a 3 Star hotel (especially for bed and pillows)!!! The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
