The on-site restaurant was good. The staff were efficient. When I contacted the hotel after departure pointing out that they still had a security deposit of mine 'pending' on my credit card, they were quick to rectify the error and release the funds. We enjoyed the breakfast and our dinner in the restaurant.

Perfect location in the heart of Romainmotier. Our host reached out to us throughout the booking process and on the day of arrival to welcome us. She promptly assisted when I reached out with questions and made a very lovely dinner recommendation. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and equipped with amenities. This location exceeded all expectations. The owners are by far the most gracious hosts I've experienced, taking great care to make sure that guests have every possible convenience for an easy and comfortable stay. They provide many extras to make you feel welcome and at home. Really wonderful.
I was not sure, before the stay, as to the autonomy and privacy of the space because it is part of a larger house. It is completely private and exceptionally quiet even though there are occupants up stairs. They use a different entrance and the house is extremely well-built and solid so there is no sense of having an upstairs neighbor.
