Possible to have breakfast outside or inside both with amazing views. Very nice friendly owners who gave us nice tips to explore the surroundings. About 15-20 min drive from Lugano.

Quiet, great location, beautiful old house and super friendly staff
We really enjoyed our stay. Our intension was to visit Lugano, but Booking.com led us to this accommodation in this nearby quaint, small village of Astano. The room is large with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed a short hike on the nearby trail and an amazing dinner at a restaurant in a nearby village which our hostess, Monica, recommended. Monica provided a delicious fresh breakfast we enjoyed each morning. Everything was impeccably clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.
It is exquisite. Calm and restorative. The cuisine deserves Michelin stars. The staff is extraordinarily helpful even with limited common languages. Our communications were heartfelt. A gem in a tiny old former farming village. Beautiful hiking in the area. Minimal distractions but easy access to necessities within 30 minutes by postal bus free through Ticino pass offered by all hotels during stay. Has a swimming pool on the property and a swimming lake nearby.
Nice room with a comfortable bed, enough space and it was very quiet. Breakfast is served next door in a hotel and was very good. The owner is a nice lady and the whole place was totally clean. Great value for money!
