Everything was great -- the room, the location, the gardens, the pool, the breakfast. The only thing that wasn't top-notch was the "American Bar", which was understaffed and is apparently 'terceirizado' so not really part of the hotel. This could be improved and eventually integrated in a better way. My only disappointment was the "American Bar". Everything else -- the staff's attentiveness, the facilities' comfort, were perfect.

The location was very good and close to Jockey where we had our meetings, the food at the kilo restaurant was delicious and the room was spacious with a very nice bed and bed linen.
