Palmas exceeded our expectations. Despite the fact that it is a reasonably large and planned city, it has the atmosphere of a small town. Praia Graciosa is a wonderful and active place with restaurants, wonderful live music and also with boats you may rent for the day to visit 3 islands around or just take a ride to Canela Beach, where you can enjoy a nice lunch in the water.
Seara Restaurant has a wonderful buffet and the best caipirinha we’ve had.
A little tricky to memorize the streets design as it is full of round-about which makes it a little confusing.
A nice city, will return one day to explore further.
My friend and I returned from Jalapao to Palmas and stayed at this place for one night. The house is very nice, with all the facilities, clean, tidy, better than most hotels. There are many restaurants nearby, including a Japanese restaurant that is very delicious. The owner of the house and his son are very, very kind and friendly, they are like your friends here, sincerely welcoming you. Because of them, I really like Palmas. If you are staying in Palmas, I highly recommend staying here！！
Great value for money
Staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is just beyond any possible expectaions, and the location is great!
The hotel was even flexible with me on the check-out time, and breakfast opening hours are really convinient + WiFi signal is awesome.

Honestly, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for a long time. Whilst an Englishman is rare travelling to Palmas, the customer service at the hotel matches any in Europe. Design and quality of the room are first class and can’t recommend enough booking if you’re visiting Palmas.
