Used this hotel a few times, lovely friendly helpful staff. I don't speak Portuguese, but they were always patient to help me. Great little bar area and food is also very good. I will use the hotel again.

Staff were friendly, but sometimes unreliable and did not complete promised tasks. Service at the restaurant was very slow unfortunately even when there were only a few diners. The restaurant has a pleasant garden area, however the quality of the food and its presentation needs to be improved.
