All members of staff were very helpful and friendly. My room didn't have a locker (I needed to keep my passport and other valuables safe) and that was, swiftly resolved. I needed some practical information and about places to eat, use of transport, etc and I got all the answers I needed. Five stars for everyone I had contact with. Thank you!
