Disliked · Wi-fi is working only close to the front desk and lobby. We had a room at the end of the building and the wifi signal there was poor. We have requested the front desk for technical support but with zero effect. It is important because almost all stores and gift shop bakeries are accepting cash only. So, be ready to pay the extra fee to the declared price for the room. The official rate for a taxi ride in Obzor is three times higher than in Varna.

Not the most engaging resort.
Not the most engaging resort. Very few restaurants, many of those closed anyway, either not yet open for the season or gone out of business. Very clean streets, even the wheely bins have their own lock ups!! Geared up more I think for the all inclusive hotels, but there are many small hotels too.
The beach is long, sandy and the sea quite shallow, so should be safe for children. The North end is where the large hotels are, access to the roads from the beach is restricted by security.
One thing to avoid or perhaps more accurately one person, Ivan the taxi driver, doesn't know his way around, or if he does, he pretends not to, so he can drive around running up the bill. Avoid!!

I like the clean, airy beaches without music, the quiet, civilized people and the fact that Obzor seems to have stopped somewhere in time. Police patrol the streets, garbage is picked up every morning and people jog or go for a walk with their dogs. An atmosphere of general relaxation. You have a supermarket and small shops with fruits and tomatoes.

Obzor has really nice beach with the beautiful views. I do not like the design of the hotels as this is too much and too close to water line. This is the example of how bad management can destroy the beauty of nature. The only hotel I like is HDV the brand new hote.
A lot:
- the staff was young, although not very experienced, very proactive and friendly
- it was a pleaseant surprise to learn the day of checkout was flexible, we were alowed to have lunch and spend some more time at the pool after the 12 o'clock room checkout
- the location was close to the beach and there were not many others in the area
- the garden and nature inside the hotel quarters was very well maintained and green
- there were some entertainment nights as well which were good enough
The apartment was big, super clean, and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen was well provided with utensils, and there were even sunflower oil and some spices. The hotel premises are nice and quite intimate (not many guests at the end of July 2022). The beach is indeed almost private - there are some people what stroll in that particular section of the South Obzor beach, but there is never a crowd.
I like too much - all city, local people, shops, place for fun.

The location of the hotel is amazing. We like the pools, especially the kids pool. There is also a lot of entertainment for kids and adults. We liked the band that was performing at the night on the stage between the pools. They have plenty of cocktails and drinks at the bar. We loved the view from our balcony.
It felt like a genuine home, made out of good quality materials, safe, quiet, simple and very esthetic.
It looked much better than all accommodations I stayed in Bulgaria.
After staying in many kitsch all inclusive hotels in that area, I was very pleased to find this guesthouse and I will come back for sure.
Everything was above expectations. It is the second year on this hotel and the services improved. The room is high, confortable and sparkly clean, fully equiped, with mini bar which was daily refilled. The food was very good and tasty. There was mini disco every night, shows for adults.
The hotel is located near the beach, the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, the staff was willing to offer support and always smiling, the diversity of food and the very good services in the restaurant, the swimming pool next to the beach and swimming pool towels changed every day
The hotel is next to the beach 50m walk. We had free parking, a big room with partial view to the sea side. Lovely backyard with a playground for the kids. Center is close. Short walk to the park. The host was very nice and gave a room in short notice for a friend.
The hotel is at the end of the builded city area, so there is a nice view ahead, the staff is friendly and a free parking space easy to reach is nearby. It is walking distance from god beaches with afordable umbrella sets and streen food. Th ebreakfast is nice.
The location of the building is excellent. Right in front of the place is the beach. There wore not that many people on the beach since it is far away from the large hotels. The staff was great and responsive. The kitchen was well equipped!
The room size was good. The location was spot on, 100m from the beach. The TV was fairly new and there were some channels in english. The host saved a parking spot for us which is great considering that Obzor is overcrowded with cars.
