Easy check-in, friendly staff, simple but comfortable room. Good location, everything in Banya is in a few minutes' walk. Nice view from the top floor rooms. The pool was a nice addition. It was simple with few extra features (e.g no jets), but clean and well maintained. The price/quality ratio was more than reasonable.

We had an excellent vacation in Hot Springs, 4 nights: everything was perfect: perfect breakfast and dinner, very clean room, excellent spa facilities, nice staff ( except the bartender which is a little rigid for this job).

Banya is a town with mineral hot springs and it’s only about 4 miles to Bankso, a ski resort town with a very nice old town, we stayed in Seven Springs hotel for their charming atmosphere and hot springs pools. We walked around the town but came back to dine at the hotel’s cozy restaurant Kristina.

A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town. For such amount of money better visit other village like a Sapaeva Banya.
Though springs were nice.
Most places accept cash only, you can windrow money near park. Inside the park is great place with bulgarian cousin (near stairs). Church may not work at time you expect it to work and in front of it is drinking water.

Except mineral bath, there isn't have what to do. We eat in Razlog and for fresh air we were in Bansko.
We loved the pools, kids salt room and the spa area. The hotel is very cozy in general and brilliant for stay with kids (ideally over 3 years old, given the amenities). Decent food and good organization and measures given the pandemic. I liked that they were very strict with the certificates, definitely felt safer thanks to that.

Excellent hotel. Big, comfortable spacious lobby. We have been here last summer and we really liked it with our 4 year old kid. So we decided naturally to check it out during the winter. Room was spacious warm; pool is great for kids with hit mineral water. Food at the restaurant was exceptional. We will be back this summer again!
Cozy, clean and very beautifully restored complex, including the hotel and restaurant, good sauna and two pools with warm water. The atmosphere is homely and friendly- everybody were trying to do their best to make our staying nice and joyful. And the best surprise was excellent restaurant running by the same family.
I am highly recommend this hotel for your holidays. The personnel is very polite, everybody is smiling! The mineral water is as warm as should be. The Tangentor and the massage were perfect! The good is delicious with farm quality and enough volumes. We are looking forward to see you again.
The spa facilities were very good and diversed. The apartment was spacious. The girl who was making the omlettes at breakfast was very friendly and smiling all the time. The coffe was not good even at the lobby bar. The breakfast is good.But that is all positive i can tell about the hotel!
Very good hotel. The room is huge and has everything you want, including Nespresso. Nice balcony with stunned view to the mountains. Two great big mineral pools and SPA with many saunas and relaxation room. Good choice of dishes for breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is super clean and well maintained. The water is amazing - always warm and the perfect temperature. Food is very good with a big variety to choose from. I just wish the room prices were a bit lower :)
