The best thing you can do while in Apriltsi is go for a walk in the mountain. There are several routes, the one we took is eco trail Vidima waterfall - easy and beautiful trail leading to a nice view point of the waterfall. The path goes along the river all of the way and you are accompanied by its chatter as there are many small falls and swift currents.
Staff was amazing and really helpful.
We had a warm welcome, very pleasant stay and got really useful tips regarding the mountain routes and planning, as the purpose of our visit in Apriltsi was to spend the day hiking the trail from Apriltsi to Mazalat hut.
The food was delicious and the location exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, clean and with a great balcony view. We would definitely return soon!
Perfectly located as my base for the climb/hike to the nearby Mountain Botev and the peak. The Hotel had everything that i required and more, the room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty and inexpensive. I'm very satisfied with my visit and will stay again in the future.
The hotel has great views over the mountains and is located fairly close to the hiking trails. The rooms are quite basic but sufficient and clean. There is a playroom for children, which was a nice surprise. The owners don't speak English but they speak good Spanish which worked for us :) The food is also pretty good.
Everything was perfect, the staff was very polite and helpful, we got a great attention. There is also a huge kitchen, where you can prepare meals.It is an old house, fully renovated, where you can feel the “old Bulgarian style”.

Great location, peaceful nature, amazing views, and superb facilities. The breakfast was delivered every morning in the house and it was traditional Bulgarian and homemade. Overall, a great place to spend a relaxing vacation.
