I liked the spa facility- it was small but pleasant. Breakfast was good. The staff were great and our request to change our room was considered. Nice restaurants around the property. National and resto bar pisatelite offered good food options!

Sadly, a great lack of public toilets, which is a general case in Bulgaria, but most cafés and restaurants have their own modern facilities!

The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance of the city centre, parks, restuarants and local attractions. The swimming pool facilities were excellent - indoor and outdoor pools with excellent layout. It was great to have a spatious garden and a fitness centre. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. The hotel also offered a large range of spa activities and other activities.
The hotel room and bathroom were spatious and clean. We did however have issues with the hot water (we could not get hot water for the shower on several occassions). The shower also needs to be properly enclosed to prevent spillage and wetting the rest of the bathroom. The gym equipment also needs to be replaced as several weights were missing or damaged.
In general however it was an excellent getaway and we would highly recommmend Hisarya for a long-weekend (next time we will take our kids also)

Sana Spa is a reasonably priced spa hotel with excellent facilities and friendly staff. The beds are comfortable, the room is of a decent size and there are plenty of options for those on a spa break. This is one of the best hotels I have visited in Bulgaria.
Breakfast options are limited if you are a vegetarian and very limited for vegans. Having said that, there, is a wide selection of fruits, cereals and yogurts as well as eggs and cooked meats.

In the centre of the capital city - Sofia, food is less expensive than here and the quality is really bad.
Try to visit parks with a baby stroller - forget it! No ramps, no nothing. Just stairs everywhere!
Won't go a second time on vacation there.

One of the best Balneosanatoriums on the Balkans. The mountain close and majestic. The air very clean. Streets maintained very clean. Bazaar with fresh fruits and vegetables. Just beautiful town for relaxation and treatment of gastrointestinal problems and musculoskeletal concerns. Restaurants from authentic to modern. Prices very reasonable.

Hissar is very interesting small city to visit with a lot of archeology, beautiful nature and marvelous mineral water with different properties.
Couple of very good restaurants. Quiet and tranquil all over the place. Definitely deserves a few visits.
The apartment was just like on the photos. Everything is new, the living room is spacious. There is an air conditioner in the living room, but not in the bedroom. We liked the place and would visit again if we’re in Hisarya. Will not repeat the things which were already said in the comments, as all applies. Some recommendations for the place would be to put more hangers in the closet. There were only 5, good that I carry most of my clothes on hangers. Otherwise all good :)
Having in mind it's a 3-star hotel, it exceeded my expectations. The room was very spaceous and clean. Comfortable bed and a big terrace. The bathroom was also very nice. The whole area around the hotel is quiet and relaxing. The hotel is small, so there are no noisy crowds at the pool and the common areas. The afternoon snack (fruits and sweets) was a nice surprise.
Excellent hotel!!! Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Amazing breakfast, great location, I highly recommend this hotel! The bed was huge and very comfortable; we enjoyed our stay very much! Will be back when visiting Hisarya in the future for sure!
Breakfast was excellent, the atmoshpere in the hotel is pleasant, the staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool with thermal water (30 degrees) was absolutely enjoyable!

The bed was amazing in the deluxe room. Superking size firm and a pleasure to be sleeping on. Location none of the last perfect close to shops, restaurants and sightseeing. Deluxe spa was nice. It was worth staying in the hotel.
Perfect flat for our stay- very clean, well equipped, beautiful view of the quiet park in from of the building. Close to both of the main mineral water springs in Hisarya. This is our 4th stay in this flat which says it all!

I liked the comfortable lobby and spa area, the rooms, the park, surrounding the hotel and the proximity to the historical Camel gate. A full day safe guard stands by the outside and inside swimming pools.
We really liked the location and the hotel was comfortable and had all the essentials. The food in the restaurant was tasty, and vegan and vegetarian options were included. The staff was friendly.
Room - actually suite - was excellent! Spa is small. Sauna was not hot enough. The bucket for water was missing. Breakfast was above expectations for such a small hotel.
We had everything we needed. From the kitchen full furnished with dishes, wine opener and so on to a discount with terme di hissar for guests from the hotel.
