Room was spacious perfect for two night stay and serviced daily. No strong but eco friendly chemical use in cleaning would have been preferred. Thank you

beautiful view with a comfortable and clean room. The farm owners are so friendly and the animals are so cute. The best choice to have a day off from Canberra definitely will come here again and recommend to other people.

The whole property was very clean inside & out. The beds were just right, clean linens & towels. Water pressure was very good. Very quiet.
A lovely historic town with a great walk near the river.

The closeness to Canberra was very beneficial as I heard Vivaldi, some Tchaikovsky, Mozart and Paganini played by the Chamber Philharmonia Cologne which consisted of 5 stringed instruments and a Spanish baritone soloist.
I was lucky to have heard them in the Catholic Chapel. It was the highlight of my trip.

Yass is a super cute little country town with lots of character and cool old Victorian buildings. I'm a building and house creeper, so love wandering around local streets checking out the architecture.
There are a few great cafes and restaurants, and a handful of shops - nothing too fancy. The Yass river provides some nice spots to hike or picnic and the town has a handful of interesting historic places.

Comfortable clean spacious room. The mattress on bed gave a good nights sleep. Loved the outside grassed area with bar b q facilities and interesting "decorations"(didn't stay long enough to use bar b q).
Easy stroll to town for food and drinks.

It's a lovely town, with magnificent buildings.
It's a lovely town, with magnificent buildings. We tried the Soldiers Club for a meal, and it was good. Last time we went to a pub, and that was good too. We had afternoon tea at the bakery again. Great place to stop for the night, and a lovely walk into town across the bridge.
What a welcome after a long drive! After we settled into the 2br apartment we played a touch of soccer on the grounds and lazed in the lovely setting. The local
soldiers club delivered a great dinner we dined outside in our enclosed back area and enjoyed a good sleep before the next 7hr drive. Clean, super quiet and friendly reception and locals. We give a solid Yes to Yass and the Hamilton Hume
Conveniently located on the main road through Yass. Good customer service. Heating worked well and room was fairly quiet. Bathroom was clean and neat. Electric blanket was an added bonus. There was a nicely presented recreation and seating area on the property. The room also had an outdoor courtyard area accessed via a sliding door.
I called to say i would arrive late so the staff preheated the room and left the key under the door mat. The beds were very comfortable and the room was very warm as it is freezing in Yass during July. The decor was old but everything was functional including a hot and powerful shower. Just what you need after a long drive.
The rooms are well set up and they are furnished them in the style of the building. I received a lovely welcome text which explained the the process of getting the keys and accessing the building. All very easy. Yass Central B&B is in a fabulous location; whilst located in the main street it's was very quiet.
The location was ok at one end of the Main strip, the staff were helpful. Biggest issue is the cost, the rates are very high for the standard provided. The night before I stayed in a suite in a 5 star Canberra hotel for cheaper. Breakfast is also a joke, basic buffet and extra charges if you want hot food.
Plenty of space for us! Nicely appointed. The weather was great so we didn’t have to use the fans or air cond but it was lovely knowing they were there. We enjoyed Yass - recommend the Yazz Bar for cocktails in their back garden. Adored The Spicy Affair Indian restaurant and the Yass Show was fun!
A great alternative to a generic motel room. A very peaceful and quiet location (after the corellas and galahs had retired for the night) close to the river, which has a nice path for a twilight stroll. We stopped in Yass on a long drive to Sydney and had a very restful night.
Beautifully restored building , keeping character whilst being exceedingly comfortable. Lots of homely touches.. Lovely bathroom, spacious accommodation. Great central location. Great being able to find somewhere which allowed us to have our dog.
Breakfast provisions available. Very nice muesli, sourdough bread etc. Included in price. Unexpected furnishings but suited era of building. No staff seen so could not answer question about staff.
Everything is designed with thought. A truly well worth traveller experience. The owners gave me milk and bread plus oats. Everything was perfect. Consider this place if you're visiting Yass!! 7 stars 🤩
Lovely heritage cottage very well located close to the town centre and the Yass River Park lands. The property is very clean, tidy and comfortable. We would stay here again.
Very happy. Nice and warm and bed was so comfy i actually slept! Never happens and I stay in hotels weekly. Staff were lovely. So affordable and had everything i needed.
