Location was great (zoo, winery, mansion and rose garden all within walking distance from accommodation). Breakfast was good, plenty to choose from. Staff friendly, helpful and obliging. Especially bar attendant who delivered our wine and food to Library as we sat beside the open fire each night. Plenty to do during our midweek 3 night stay. Acres and acres of scenic walks, great spa and swimming pool, massages available, giant pool table, bar and restaurant and relaxation by fire in library all at accommodation. Also the hours spent looking the Mansion was interesting.

The view from our room was awful but we were only there for one night and got there late. I had asked for a room on the upper floors but we were put on the first floor. Bed was comfortable but shower head could not be adjusted which was annoying.

Great place to stay and experience different cuisines. We stayed for a horse event and enjoyed walking through the city centre. Great river walk and so many restaurants and bars. We loved it. Great place to come for a getaway that wont cost the earth.

If you’re looking for vegan or vegetarian options in the restaurant, they are there. Just poor expensive. A few sides would have been a better meal.

We stayed at Lancemore mansion hotel & enjoyed the food, the grounds, the mansion, the pool…. It was absolutely beautiful 👌
We also went to the Werribee zoo, absolutely amazing👌

Grounds , room & place was great , unfortunately a fire alarm went off at 4am . As l took my husband away whom is very well ,going outside at 4am was not the best for him . So the relaxing weekend l what for him didn’t work , as we also had loud guests next to us . Stuff were lovely gave us late check out and free meals , would have like a free night to make up for it instead .

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was smaller than expected and looked like it hadn’t been upgraded in a while. Great facilities and staff were exceptional. The restaurant served amazing food and it was relaxing atmosphere. Overall great place to stay for some self pampering.
I had a warm welcome from the staff member when i was checking in. The room is pretty good overall. Quite spacious with nice wooden ceiling decor. The fridge has bottles of water & milk. Perhaps my favourite thing was the free video on demand service with a large selection of movies & TV shows. Shops are about a 5 minute drive away. Werribee Open Range Zoo 10 minutes drive.
I have stayed there before and thought it might be a little 'tired' by now but it was still looking as good as new. Very clean, very comfortable and everything at our fingertips. A most relaxing stay. The Quest is in a very convenient location, close to everything you might need. The Manager and staff were very helpful too. I highly recommend it.
Staff at checkin were very informative and polite. Spa and health service staff and treatments were excellent. Staff checkout staff person was also excellent with information on the Mansion visit and touring around the grounds.

only two mins walk to the train station that takes you anywhere in Melbourne. also very close to the restaurants and cafes that are opened till late night. The hotel was very clean and have professional courteous staff.
Motel kept up-to-date with renovations. All facilities available. Clean and comfortable. Management very responsive to needs. Well located for a visit to Werribee open range zoo and close to city centre.
Location, food, ambience. We have visited a number of times before for lunch/dinner, mainly special occasions. Having the open range zoo and state rose garden close by adds greatly to the experience.
We made a last minute booking and probably paid a bit more than the norm; but staff was very welcoming, room was great with all amenities. Was excellent for 1 night stop over.
Gardens are spectacular. The indoor pool area is great for frosty Victorian mornings. State Rose garden next door and a 5 star vineyard/Winery 700m away.
