Location was good with one pub and one restaurant at walking distance from the property. Yard was good for the dog to run and stretch his legs in the night. Since not an enclosed yard its better to keep them on leash at all times. Rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning and if you pay $29.00 extra you will get a microwave for heating your food if you need, during your stay. Our room came with an unwanted guest :) (something like a google home or alexa with a mic) which we are not that fond of, however, if you like technology so much then you will enjoy your interactions with that guest. Host was very hospitable and made sure that we had all the supplies we needed for our stay. Hunter Valley Gardens is an hour drive from the property and the river walk near to the property is only a two minute walk from the property to see a river from top. Overall, this is a nice place to stay if you are looking for a calm and relaxing stay away from the crowd with modern facilities including a TV with Netflix and Youtube to watch.

This property is amazing for a nice relaxing stay with a bbq and fire pit. It is so nice with all the farm animals close by. Very comfortable bed with heating and air conditioning. Just beautiful
The nearest town is a lovely country walk over a hour away but beautiful.
Bonus that they allow dogs which is perfect for dog owners.

The view was amazing, the facilities in the spa room were perfect. The heating was cosy with either the air con or the gas fireplace. The spa was spacious you couldnt keep us out of it! The mini bar was superb, and affordable and the little kitchen was perfect to whip up dinner and breakfast after a quick coles trip

This old historical building has been brought to life now making it a comfortable and welcoming place to stay . The room was very welcoming and comfortable and was a very good size .
Reception staff was very friendly .

Was there really only for a short job an hour or so away - it was OK. The key was we could have our older small dog with us. One night might have been better - we found the Hunter Valley a bit tricky to get around and finding a nice restaurant open with outdoor dining allowing us to bring our dog with us was hard (one being open in the evening between Xmas and new Year was more the problem). Vacy is a bit of a trek from everything. The best thing was visiting Tintilla Estate - great people / nice wine!!
