Only stayed one night. Arrived by plane early evening and this location was perfect for the start of our journey through central west Vic and onto our Great Ocean Road trip. Can't comment on the sightseeing around this location but the hotel was fabulous.
Great hotel, really leaves by its name !!! Was very impressed by the room size and how clean the rooms were. Great experience overall. We were given a late checking which was fantastic as we didn’t get back till early morning the next day. Great location, pub and pokies just across the hotel and the hotel surrounding is really quiet. Lots of parking space and love how the hotel rooms are separated from the hotel pokies.
Location is everything and the Quest Watergardens is in the middle of it all. It is a short walking distance to the shopping center, as well as Dan Murphys and a fantastic pub. But as is with all hotels it's the staff that make your stay pleasant, Dia on front desk once again make our stay memorable.
The staff!! They were amazing honestly never experienced such professionalism and welcoming feeling before it was like talking to your family i cannot wait to book there again just to see them ! Oh and the hotel was bloody amazing !
Loved the spa in the room, we chose this room because we've never experienced this. Loved the meals and the service from the pub staff, the hotel reception staff were also fantastic. We will definitely stay here again for a break.
The location was great for our stay. There were shops across the road with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were extremely nice and helpful :)
Very clean, spacious and quiet room. I could not fault it, perfect for our stay. The hotel is on a main road but we’ll back so any traffic noise did not carry through to our room.
