Very noisy aircon, I know they’re undergoing renovations but it was a trek to get to the room and no way to get from rooms to the main hotel.

Room 23 was on the second floor (top, 4 flights of stairs)) and we had a nice sea view. Nice balcony with chairs and table. The room was neat, clean and owner thought about a lot of details. Plenty of coffee/tea and cookies & candy at arrival. Free parking.
Note: Hairdryer is not a standard item in the room but if you request it will be in the room @ arrival for your lenght of stay, Perfect!
There is a little shop/food take away 5 minutes walk @ the gas station.
We stayed for 5 nights, was very comfortable and afordable and can recommend it.

The property was absolutely beautiful, backed onto a gorgeous grass area over looking the beach.

Sarina is a busy town with a big sugar mill, the highway passes through the main street, so it's good to locate accommodation off the highway if possible. Supermarket & good shopping in town. Beaches are nearby & quite pleasant.

Our stay was absolutely great.
Our stay was absolutely great. The rooms were very clean and spacious. And the ocean view from our balcony was stunning 😍 The food at the restaurant was really good, homemade style. The ladies at the reception and the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay there again and will recommend it anyone 😊

Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it. There is not much at Sarina beach but the people are friendly and the beach is excellent for walking and exploring the rocks at low tide. We didn't use the pool as it was cold during our stay and raining but it looked very clean and inviting.

We only slept over on our travels back home and made our own food in the unit. All the facilities were there but we saw several people walking by with take-aways and it looked and smelled fantastic. Sarina Beach is off the main drag and it is worth driving out there for a peaceful night's sleep. I would love to have stayed a day or two more and explore the area which seems like a really nice and tranquil community.
The room was equipped with everything we needed for a quick stay - mini fridge, electric kettle, toaster, even milk.
It was facing a beautiful beachfront where you can walk out of your room. Very peaceful and relaxing.
In addition to a double-bed, it had a single bed which provided a place for us to put our belongings.
The restaurant (located just across the road) was had very tasty items, including surf & turf pizza we enjoyed, and icy cold beers.
Amazing Staff, location, good room size, spotlessly clean, great Sunday arvo live music session, amazing beach front, own Hotel/restaurant - best meals we've had at a Pub in forever. I had snapper & garlic sauce. Was amazing! Room 22 has 2 x singles + 1 queen bedroom, balcony & views, decent fridge, very quiet, room to park trailer, small dining, small sofa.
The owners are friendly, lovely people who are up for a chat, if that’s what you want, or they will leave you to yourself if that’s your preference.
The rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated.
Facilities for cooking are just like home.
We have stayed here three times now and would certainly go back if we visit Sarina again.
Great location. On the Bruce Highway and easy to stop. At the back of the hotel which had great inexpensive meals, served by friendly staff. We were able to stop, grab dinner and get an early night for the next full day of travel. Very basic room but it was very cheap and therefore value for money.
This hotel is such a classic Aussie motel we loved our stay! There was such attention to detail and we loved the colour coordination in the room. The two staff members we came in contact with were so friendly and welcoming. Great value for money and would definitely stay if in the area again!
Right in the middle of Sarina and opposite the Sugar Shack. The motel is old and the rooms have some damage to fixtures however it was sufficient for our overnight stay. Bed & furniture were very comfortable. Fine for overnight stop.
The location is perfect directly across the road from the beach. We were located in the rear block overlooking the pool which still had great ocean views.The pub at the end of the street had great food and views.
I had an incredible overnight stay here and was amazed by the comfort, space and cleanliness of all facilities. Friendly host and exceptional value for money. If in Sarina, stay here!
We liked the location of the apartment, and how close we were to the beach, Sarina, Mackay, and surrounds. Also that our car was locked during the night. Sarina beach is a beauty!
