We were there for 3 nights which was perfect. Ask for a quiet room and a view if possible. Sunday artisan market is great. Recliffe is a lovely small coastal village not far from Brisbane. Will be returning.

Redcliffe is a cool boutique town with a beautiful RSA and lovely shops, including weekend markets. BEE GEE Lane is also a must see! Certainly recommend this small town for a 2-3 day visit, you won't be disappointed!

    It was satisfactory.

It was satisfactory. However, on a walk along the beach I met a thuggish man with an Afghan Hound who treated me like a drill sergeant treats new recruits into the army. I would not be surprised to hear that he attacks someone in the future.

Redcliffe is kitsch and cosmopolitan, with aspects that are still representative of an earlier period in Australian history. But it is booming and lots of beautiful complexes with great experiences like Mon Komo are fast developing. Sutton’s beach is lovely and the council run lagoon is great for families. Lots of restaurants.

The bed was so comfortable, fell asleep as soon as my head hit the pillow. We had the small room which is great for a short stay, good outside area to sit in. Everything one needed was provided, better than expected as it was a last min booking. Had driven from the NSW border through stormy weather back to Sunny Coast, just couldn't drive any further, this was a haven. 6 hotels later this was the most comfortable bed :)
