The property was located in a residential area. It was not near beach. Property was booked on 11th June 2024. I paid AU$600 per night. Carpet and Sofa were run down. There was no tiles on the floor. Winter was cold. The beds were slightly ok. Toilet floor poor conditions. Sofa very bad conditions. I contacted Lura the owner and explained the condtions in booking.com differs from original. She said everyone gave 5 stars. I told her i dont like the homestay. She said no refund. Next day early morning. We left the place. The owner texted me and said" are you going to give bad review" i told her that i dont like and asked for refund. Lura said onced book cannot cancel and refund. It was different from other honestay. Property was not good and guest has no say but to stay on the property. I have attached photos for ref. Guest should have option to cancel if honestay was not as presented in booking.com . Honestly the pictures in Booking.com were impressive but when you see in person. You will be dispointed for the price you paying. Owner did not justify $600 per night unjustified. The owners conditions was unfair conditions to guest. Hotels or other accomodations has balanced conditions. I had no choice to be given another homestay.
