The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious and very well equipped . The view of the bay was fantastic from the large balcony. There were plenty of supplies provided , the granola was pretty nice.
The apartment is located above the Lonnie fish and chip shop, very handy for dinner!!

Portsea Hotel central and a great venue for casual dining. We paid extra for a balcony which was a space but closed in overlooking air conditioning!
Our bedroom window you could see a patch of water but had to leave curtains closed as patrons walked down some stairs and looked right into bedroom. I understand this was an old building and difficult to alter but it was not our promised balcony!

A lovely town, with good cafes and and IGA, all very close to the Pt Lonsdale Guesthouse. The town seems like a very lovely community.
Having ridden the Bellarine Rail Trail from Geelong, we cycled along the beach on the hard sand and jumped in the water before heading to the guesthouse - a dip in the morning before we left too.
I'd stay two nights minimum next time to make the most of everything in the area.

I loved walking to the lighthouse and along the beach until the end of the concrete path (a good 1.5 hours).
I saw dolphins on one of my walks.
Point Lonsdale is a lovely, small, quiet town that provides & uncrowded break from the city & other. Hectic coastal towns.

Everything was walking distance within Point Lonsdale. It is also only a short drive to Queenscliff, Barwon Heads & other beaches. Great selection of restaurants & cafes that are close by, as well as walking along beaches and beach tracks
Keys are collected approx 5 minute drive up the road in Queenscliff.
Great location in Point Lonsdale, a short 10 minute walk to the strip of shops and the main beach front. The property is great as a base in the area. The accommodation has everything you'd need to make a comfortable stay and I'd have no issue in booking again when staying in the area.

Fabulous place. Comfortable beds, spacious, clean and great amenities. Beautiful scenery and places to visit adds to a relaxing and holiday feel. Walking distance to all the attractions: coastal path, heart of Point Lonsdale, front beach and cafe culture. Absolutely value for money, easy check in, and highly recommended for couples or families.
The location was AMAZING! A super quick walk to the lighthouse, beach, shops, everything! And the Guest House was so beautifully presented and peaceful. My partner had never been to Point Lonsdale and he was so impressed by the location, the room and the views! Richard was incredibly helpful and we will be back for sure!
This apartment is the perfect place to stay to relax and experience the best that Point Lonsdale has to offer. It is spacious, comfortable and has wonderful views over the bay. The owner is supportive, responsive and helpful. I have already booked to visit again.
Beautifully appointed and located so very close to boutique shops and cosy restaurants and cafes. A couples dream getaway with windswept views of the heads, Point Lonsdale and Point Nepean and the Bass Strait only a short drive/walk away. Quite Romantic!
The decor was beautiful .A very calm relaxing place. The area is stunning with beautiful views from lots of different locations close by . Point Lonsdale is really nice and we also had Queenscliff Close by .l wish we could have stayed longer .
