Excellent communication from the host. Check-in was very easy with a keybox outside the room. Well equipped room with a kettle, microwave, small fridge and even a Nespresso coffee machine which we really appreciated. Easy parking out the front of the building. Great to have access to the Ramada facilities such as the nice heated swimming pool, and the downstairs bistro offered a nice dinner and breakfast (at least on the weekends from what we understood).

Mudjimba has fantastic beaches, good food and good facilities unfortunately the air path for planes goes right over the top of this little place and can be very loud as the planes are very low. It has good walking paths. Lots of dogs who all seem to be all kept under control. Very friendly people. Perfect for a couple days away for a chillax.

Mudjimba has a beautiful protected, patrolled beach with Mudjimba Island about 1km off the coastline. Restaurants and cafes within walking distance with a friendly, local feel and grocery shops/hotel about a 2km drive. A quieter alternative to Maroochydore which is a 10-15 minute drive away.

We have been to Mudjimba several times over the years, but have not visited for over two years. The place stays the same, laid back and relaxing. It seems to have avoided the over commercialisation of other Sunshine Coast areas. There are some nice cafes and restaurants, a good park for the kids and miles of beaches to walk on. The beach is very open and can be really rough but it is patrolled. Probably not the place if you want nightlife and action, but Coolum and Maroochydore are not far away.

It the best.
It the best. Nice to still be able to find a place on the coast that hasn’t yet been hit by high rises and shopping outlets and people that think they are better than everyone else.
Some great cafes, excellent bike/running tracks up and down from Mudjimba. Patrolled beach and great surf.
And if you really want the tourist strip experience it’s only a bit over 10 minute drive to Mooloolaba.

Mudjimba is a little piece of paradise on the Sunshine Coast. It is small, friendly but close to other facilities and amenities if you want them.
It is special because it doesn’t have the higher density of other places nearby and retains the warmth and ambience of a village.
Well appointed appartment, with views towards the ocean and Mudjimba island.
The kitchen had all the equipment we needed.
There are a few shops, cafés and restaurants directly below the residence, and all that we tried were very good.
The local cafés open very early to cater for early morning walkers and joggers.
Mudjimba is a lovely small beach community with a laid-back feel.
Staff were excellent- very helpful and great with our family (young children).
We got a great apartment that suited us brilliantly. Lots of space and very clean and close to the pool.
Free Car parking was great and made things very easy.
We wished we had booked to stay for longer.
Would definitely book again, if we were to visit sunshine coast again.
Spacious townhouse in a great location with excellent facilities. Appreciated all the little extra included items, such as a device charging station with various sized cables for different devices & some basic pantry items. Great little courtyard at the rear with a BBQ & seating area. Fantastic restaurant on site. Owners were great & easy going.
A stunning home with so many nice little touches from the owners (coffee machine, WiFi, beach equipment, cooking essentials and so much more). Very responsive owners. Easy check in and out. Everything you need for a relaxing weekend away. Also a 10min walk to the flags at the beach!!
The house had so much room and was in immaculate condition and organized, it had everything you could need…everything went so smoothly it was an absolute joy..the house alone made the trip well worth it, will use Mudjimba vacation rental again.
Nice house and great location. Beach and esplanade are a nice stroll away and shops (Coles, etc.) are a 5 minute drive. Planes fly really close overhead every now and then because of the airport which is pretty cool.
Amazing location. Just across from the patrolled beach, the playground and right next to the shops and restaurants. Very comfy beds. The property has a small fenced yard so it's great for pets.
Close to the beach; Right across the street from a great kid friendly park; good restaurants within walking distance; Not overcrowded with tourists; Very good low intensity vibe
It’s the little touches that make all the difference. Thanks Kirsty for making our stay so welcoming. Mudjimba is a slice of heaven and a place I will certainly be returning to.
We just loved how laid back and relaxing Mudjimba Beach is and the location of the resort was very central to everything.
We would definitely return for another visit.
