Stay Margaret River, hotel in Margaret River Town

Stay Margaret River offers spacious guest rooms in a quiet garden setting. This 4-star hotel is an ideal base for exploring the Margaret River region.

Stay Margaret River is an old establishment but was very clean and the rooms were basic but comfortable. I think management may have changed recently and the new managers are in the process of updating the facility. The restaurant was excellent with great service. The location is ideal for the township and in close proximity to wineries.

One of my favourite places to visit!

One of my favourite places to visit! I live in the city (Perth) and not nearly enough people are as friendly and conversational as they are in Margaret River. The beaches are absolutely beautiful and you’re surrounded by nature. You must visit the Margaret River Chocolate Company, Wow Illusions, and the Margaret River Sweet Shop. And make sure to stop in at Cowaramup on the way through! Some of the roads are a little iffy, but majority have either been updated or are getting updated as we speak.

Beautiful scenery and wilderness to explore.

Beautiful scenery and wilderness to explore. Incredible wineries, breweries and a great distillery to check out. Excellent food options, and unbelievable coastal vistas. Go bush walking, enjoy the beach! Only downside is things can be a bit pricier than in a big city - ie: groceries, meals out etc. But that's a fairly minor complaint, and something to be expected.

This is a lovely town, but be aware it really exists just because of tourism. The vast majority of shops are there to support that, so gift shops aplenty! It’s worth a visit for an afternoon, or stay there, or locally, as a base, but in itself is rather limited.

Great little town, easily walkable, with many good places to eat and drink. Lots of good shops too. Close to lovely beaches, forest walks and many wineries. A very good location for those that enjoy the outdoor life and good food.

Tall Trees is in a fabulous setting in the edge of the forest and walking trails, and a short 5 minute walk to the town. The ground floor accommodation is perfect with a spacious deck, comfortable bedroom with good storage and a great bathroom (with bath tub and shower). The whole place was extremely well equipped, (apart from an ice option - see below). We loved sitting on the deck watching the birdlife and the proximity to Margaret River Brewhouse was just a 10 minute walk.

The location was great! The Deck is surrounded by nature - the singing of birds in the huge, lovely trees, the visiting kangaroos and the horses nearby made our stay truly special. The house is modern, well equipped and the interior very tasteful. The artistic decor touches were impressive. The Deck's location is close to Prevelly Beach, beautiful vineyards, eg Brown Hill, Margaret River town centre and the lovely Lake Cave.

Perfect location in the centre of Margaret River, close to cafes, restaurants and shops. It is also very close to the national park walks along the river. An easy drive to the nearby attractions of the wineries, beaches, lighthouses and caves. We really appreciated the high end appliances and attention to detail in the rooms. The daily fresh bread and (real) milk was a treat.

We liked the fresh smell on entering, the apartment was all clean and very neat, plus the beds were super comfy! Location was great, right across the road from shops and grocery stores and the cute town of Margaret River. Plenty of space in the lounge room and kitchen area and it was great to have a secure garage to park our car.

A great layout of this clean & spacious house provides privacy for those families sharing & each with their own bathroom & outdoor balcony area. It's fully equipped with everything you need for a city escape.

The vibe in the house was amazing, Loved all the artwork and extra little touches throughout the house. Felt very homely from the minute we arrived. The pool and outside area was definitely the highlight.. would have really liked to see the waterfall running but it didn't spoil the trip overall. Would 100% stay again :)

Great location, close to supermarkets, main street and is central to all the locations you would want to visit while in Margaret River. Beds are comfortable and house keeping was kind enough to leave us new towels outside our rooms when we had put the do not disturb sign.
