We had to move rooms as I had a prior booking but we had to unexpectedly come to Sydney a day earlier, for a business meeting. So were not able to have the same room. Which turned out to be a good thing. The first room was on the corner of the block and there were very loud roadworks going on from early. The second room was wonderful, it was bigger, more comfortable and quiet. Lovely!

Everything from start to finish was excellent. Maddy was so lovely at reception, and all the staff made us feel so valued and special. And to arrive and find out we had been upgraded? Incredible. AND a complimentary bottle of wine? We couldn’t ask for more. We snuggled up with our pizza, delivered to us by the amazing staff. The whole venue felt like a slice of paradise. Thank you so much!
