We spent the majority of our time at the Moorebank Hockey fields. Our accomodation was very close and easy to get to from the fields. Having the Crossroads Hotel across the road from the motel which has great family friendly meals is ideal.

Liverpool is a melting pot of different cultures and people that can cater for diverse needs. It is not a typical Sydney tourist destination, but it does offer great food options, Indian, Lebanese and Turkish stores and also a Westfield. It has a train station that provides direct access to the city and is an ideal location for families attending sporting events on that side of the city.

I would not recommend Liverpool to anyone, in fact, I would discourage anyone from staying in Liverpool.

The location wasn't great, mainly because we arrived during peak traffic, and we didn't know our way around that area. I think it could have been sign posted better.
