Very clean, room was serviced everyday. Room service was very quick and there is always someone at reception there to answer your call. It was also a few minutes walk away from bus stops and the Murdoch train station, making it easy to travel to Fremantle or Perth city. Parking was free -it would be great if it is kept free once the construction of the carpark is complete.

Home-ly (in the nicest way), and not sterile and mass-produced like most hotels. All amenities, including laundry facilities, full kitchen, generous provision for breakfast in the fridge and pantry, comfortable low bed (easy to get into), very easy access for anyone with mobility issues, clean and very quiet. Good hot water in shower, hair drier and towels etc provided.
Location was great for us, only 6 km from folk we were going to spend time with.
Very happy with the price and the communication with our host.
The Apartment was cosy and welcoming - secluded in the Kelmscott hills ideal for a relaxing holiday or short get away - surrounded by nature you’ll see the kangaroos daily that are very tame and friendly. Idea location for exploring Perth and surrounding suburbs. Hosts are polite and welcoming and maybe you’ll find milk/bread/eggs coffee and tea in the fridge as I did as a special touch.
The location it not bad. It is near kelmscott Train Station, but the neighbour makes me feel not safe at all. And alway have strangers come around their place. And we have to share the same walkway to walk through the room( opposite each other).
