What an amazing 'tiny' slice of paradise. Blown away by the location of this accommodation, quite literally right Infront of the beach, 30 second walk to the water. Amenities are easy access, able to do laundry onsite.
Amazing restaurant at sister hotel "Seahorse Inn" food was delicious, alongside the beach front views outside the alfresco. Bar & restraunt staff very friendly, and can make a great cocktail.
Accommodation it's self was very clean, tidy and homely. Beds and pillows where very comfortable too.
BBQ and outside seating area included, blissful space for lunch or morning coffee listening to the beach waves.
Overlooking Twofold Bay, Bayview Motor Inn offers comfortable accommodation surrounded by 2 acres of landscaped gardens. Guests can enjoy a meal in the barbecue area.
Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Coast Motel Family Apartment is set in Eden.

The family suite provided lovely large accommodation with everything you need including Netflix, games, full laundry and kitchen, separate lounge and dining areas and 2 bathrooms. Perfect location with an easy walk to shops and eateries (the pizza across the road was amazing) and right next door to Coles. Lovely decorating throughout, and very private as it was separate from the smaller motel units. Reception assistance (by phone) and cleaners were helpful and friendly.
Set in Eden, Eden Explorer - Beach - Bike - Hike - Fish is a recently renovated accommodation, 21 km from Pambula Merimbula Golf Club and 25 km from Merimbula Marina.

The room has its own character, well decorated! The staff was super nice & point out some attraction in the area for us ! The Cole next door is extra bonus & convenient, the biscuit & complimentary waters were extra bonus touch! Everything is excellent with this motel ! The best of the 14 days trip! Much better than the one we paid double the money for ! Thank you Coastal Motel!

Eden is charming and historic.
Eden is charming and historic. Good adjacent beach, some nice walks. It is very hilly, which makes for nice views but is a bit challenging to get around if you have old legs. Brilliant fish ‘n chips at the van at the wharf. Very friendly and helpful people.

Edan is a very friendly place to stay without having the hype regarding snobbery. Very down to earth and has a lot to offer in a most entertainment, sporting, family orientated town Most people will find great options in accommodation that will fit all types of budgets. I believe Edan is the hidden gem of the NSW Coastline but too many people overlook it in return for all the other so called cool and trendy options with unrealistic expectations.

This place is completely run down, everything old and worn out. Prices are high, our room was crawling with ants and the dust and cobwebs were built up for some time. Do not stay here! Period. It’s a pity as Eden is a gem of a town
We had trouble, thinking the code sent on booking.com was for the KeyLock. No check your email for the KeyLock code. Kevin was very quick at calling us back after leaving a message.
Location is great, have front view of the beach and privacy from the street with hedge bushy trees. Table and chairs are provided out front, great for smokers. Photos accurately represent the unit and the lovely sites to visit in Eden and surrounds. Thankyou for a lovely stay.
I've booked the beachfront villa and it's perfect. The view is stunning. We arrived a little late but the hotel notified and guided us in advance so everything is fine. The room is quite old but still very clean. Everything works just fine. At first, we were shocked that they don't have a heater in a bedroom but then we discovered the bed warmer which works perfectly for a cold night. The kitchen is well equipped.
Location on the coast with an amazingly large sandy beach.
Villas are stand alone units with a paved parking pad right to door.
Paved pathway from villas to main hotel building so you don’t have to walk on the road.
Hotel restaurant had generous portions sizes & reasonable prices
Open hallway vanity was nice with separate shower room & a separate toilet room.
Covered outdoor patio off the living room.
Whales fisher hotel is a nice place to be. The lady in charge of it is grateful sympathetic and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay in Eden and especially at this location. The view from the balcony was gorgeous.
Eden is plenty of attractive places in the city itself and in the surrounding. We would have like to stay longer.
A newly restored historic hotel that oozes with charm and character. The location is excellent, the staff super friendly and the bed very luxurious. Our ocean view was a delight, but sadly no whales today. The lounge is a peaceful place to have a quiet drink and rest after a long drive to Eden.
Solid 3 star old fashion Hotel. We had a room on 2nd floor overlooking bay with great views. Walkable to Eden's attractions and restaurants. Manager was friendly. Room and bathroom were large and very clean. and quiet location. Economical priced.
Lovely old hotel. Room was great; clean, comfortable & warm (it was late autumn). Loved the shower.
Staff were friendly. Close to many restaurants & pubs. Some good walks from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
Ashley provided excellent customer service at the check in desk at reception. She was knowledgeable about Eden and answered all of my questions. The holiday park was very quiet and the beachfront location was fantastic.
Large room with kitchenette and dining table for two. Very large bed. Sofa in room. Friendly staff. Pet friendly (we didn't have our pets with us, but we love that we could!). Nice bed and bathroom linen.
Staff were amazing and upgraded us when we realised I had booked a pet friendly cabin by mistake! Close enough to town with a lovely boardwalk to the beach across the road. Thanks for a great stay!
well located caravan park - nice pool with sitting area nearby - clean spacious comfy cabin with everything we needed - spa bath was great - 2 sofas were appreciated
The hotel is in a great location in Eden, right opposite the Killer Whale museum. The rooms were very clean, well appointed and the staff very nice and helpful,
