The property description was exactly what was described on the Bookings.com platform so there were no surprises or disappointments. The house is located in a beautiful quiet location surrounded by the flora and fauna of the area. The house itself is amazing, great architectural design and very functional with state of the art appliances and great styling and artwork adorning the home. The house is also very warm, beds are comfortable with great quality linen and towels. The kitchen is large and well stocked with all you need to cook up a storm with the basics required like olive oil, salt pepper, herbs etc. This is a fantastic house and I would definitely come again.

We would have liked more options for lunch - somewhere warm...
We would have liked more options for lunch - somewhere warm to sit and eat and admire the view. We ended up buying fish and chips and eating it in the car. The Ice Creamery, where we bought lunch, was freezing cold. Should have eaten at Freycinet Lodge, but it was too early when we were there. It is only easy to get around Coles Bay if you have a car. Some places are not suitable for caravans.
Our favourite places are Honeymoon Bay and the Lighthouse walk.

Coles Bay is a beautiful spot to explore the stunning walks around the Hazards and Wineglass Bay. There's a small store / post office that has all the basics and more, plus a fish & chip shop and great coffee bar/restaurant. Great to stay here for a few days and explore Sleepy Bay, Cape Tourville and Wineglass Bay lookout walks. The oyster farm is also well worth a visit.
You definitely need a car to make the most of the area.

Coles Bay is just stunning and deserves more than the two...
Coles Bay is just stunning and deserves more than the two nights and one day that we had. Ideally, two full days if not more. Lots of hiking, beaching, kayaking etc. Loved it. Lucky those who own a house there!

On beautiful days it’s great for swimming and icecream. Lots of walking for those interested in that too. Often no need for a car but I used my escooter to get about the best, lots of people on bikes too. The Bay restaurant was a lovely atmosphere and seating.

Lovely scenic location.
Lovely scenic location. Could have stayed another day/night here. Lots of local bush walks, etc.
Initially was concerned with meal/dining options - but discovered a few lovely spots, thanks to our host.
The location is fabulous in the heart of Freycinet national park overlooking the bay. The restaurant was excellent as were the breakfasts. The staff very friendly. The cabins are unpretentious though the beds very comfortable and it works because of where it is. Nice little touch was some chocolates on arrival. It's all about the location, being close to nature and easy access to the great walks in the area
The location was amazing to the private beach we were able to walk to and swim
Initially disappointed as there was no food facilities at the resort until we discovered the Freycinet/Coles Bay Area. Oyster Farm & Geographe Cafe were outstanding. Parking close to suite was ideal. The room was very clean, ensuite needs a refresh in the shower and soaps provided. Pod machine would have been fantastic.
This property is in the perfect location for an exploring Coles bay . It’s amazing clean . It has everything you need . The beds are comfortable. Noise is not a problem, so peaceful Views are amazing. Walking distance to shops . I contacted the staff with bed requests less than 24 hours before check in and they had it sorted before we arrived . Much appreciated . Highly recommended.
Location was perfect for a 2 night stopover in Coles Bay.
Only a short 5 minute drive to the jetty and shops. I now know the shortcut.
Was so nice to come back to after the Wineglass Bay Cruise.
Was treated to a stunning sunset over the bay.
The house felt very homely with lots of extras. A great size for a family.
Rooms are exactly as pictured with amazing views. such a beautiful, quiet and peaceful spot. Very close to Freycinet National Park. Dinner in on-site restaurant was delicious. A wallaby visited us on our patio. We did not take advantage of the bikes and kayaks provided but probably would have had we stayed longer.
Looks and feels new which is nice. It is located outside of the Coles Bay township. Good size kitchen. The Deck is a nice addition. Overall it was a nice place to stay. There is a drug pickup location at the bus top if you are after something illegal. not sure if this is a good or bad thing.
Location right on Coles Bay was beautiful. Cabin included fireplace, although it did not get cold enough to use. Well stocked kitchen with utensils, etc. Walking distance to general store, cafe etc. 5 min drive to Freycinet visitors centre and Wineglass Bay wallking trails.
Very spacious and well equipped, with a large garden and outside sitting area. Washing machine (with detergent) and a clothes line at the back of the house. Very comfortable bed. Just a short drive from Coles Bay and the Freycinet National Park.
Perfect location. Very clean & comfortable like a home away from.home.Very comfortable Bed. Everything there you need. Nice & quiet, great view out to the Golf Course. Only 5min drive into Coles Bay. Fabulous weekend away.
Lovely quiet cabin to stay in during our time at the beautiful Freycinet! Comfy beds and well equipped kitchenette. Ros and family were friendly and gave us recommendations for the local area.
The location was just superb, as you arrive you just see the mountains so close, in all their glory. Being close to Swansea and Coles Bay made it easy to explore the surrounding areas.
Staff were exceptionally helpful.
Location was great, being in Iluka. Tavern, Granite bar and food right next door. 10min walk to Coles Bay.
Porch of cabin had sea views.
Location of the hotel, surrounded by the wilderness and wildlife. Great view from the rooms, pity it was raining the night we stayed there, so it was quite misty.
