The room was lovely and clean, and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom spacious. We were surprised with an unexpected room upgrade which was most appreciated, and Celestine at reception was fantastic. The tram stop right at the front door makes city makes city access easy. We were there for a wedding close to the hotel, The hotel was clean and had all the facilities i needed.. The shopping Centre was through the tunnel which was also great, we chose to have breakfast at the shopping centre.

Fantastic shopping precinct at Chadstone along with eateries. Shame that most are closed on a Monday night, unless it was a one-off. Restaurants I would recommend are Meat & Wine Co and Cinque Terre. Found 'City Fields' underwhelming and didnt try 'Wight and Wong' (Ive heard its ok).

Great shopping in Chadstone - massive shopping centre. Reasonable drive to St Kilda - beach, Luna Park. 30-minute drive to city. Hotel bistro was good and convenient. Pancake Parlour nearby and McDonalds across the road. Car needed.

This is an older motel well done up and separate from the hotel and restaurant section. We would definitely stay again - clean and well presented rooms and within walking distance of the large Chadstone shopping area.
We ate at in the Bistro at the Inn and food was great - quite large servings and tasty!
The location is fantastic as it is walking distance to Chadstone Shopping Centre. The fact that the home is dog friendly is a huge bonus as we travel with our dog (and there is an off-leash park nearby). The home is spacious for our needs and has a large garden for the dog. Shane is a superb host who responds to queries promptly. We have stayed at this property many times and it won't be our last. Travelled as a couple + dog.
The apartment was spacious and very clean - basically a brand new apartment with brand new furnishings. Beds were very comfortable with lovely sheets and pillows. The heating was excellent and having two car parks was great for our large 4WD. Chadstone Shopping Centre was directly across the road with everything you need. All the mod cons in this apartment with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- highly recommend!
It's probably obvious, but the location is perfect if you want to do a full day shopping. You can park your car in the underground carpark for the hotel guest with a discount (if you are not the hotel guest you have to fork $70 a day I think).
From the moment we arrived at Hotel Chadstone we felt like we were VIPs. Check in was super easy. The room was fantastic (a deluxe king suite). Staff were so obliging and aimed to please. It was a great stay and we will definitely book again!
The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is very near to Chadstone Shopping Centre and near to everything. The beds and pillows were comfortable and we had a wonderful stay there.
The property is very clean and well presented. The closeness to Chadstone shopping mall is a huge bonus.
