The apartment is excellent and new, it looks better than in photos. The location is good. We were there for skiing and Gerlitzen ski resort is very close (several minutes drive to main ski lift). Also, lake is even closer, you can see it from the terrace. The host Patrizia was polite and the communication was great.

Very nice location, directly at the lake, close to the mountains, lots of hiking trails, beautiful places nearby, easy to reach by train. Unfortunately, there is no supply infrastructure (supermarket, grocery store, ...), not even close by. No big issue with a car, but without, things can get tedious.
