The very little village Sankt Georgen is surrounded by orchards. Rural country side with very good views to the hills and mountains in the west and south. The hotel lies next to a little wood with walking paths. The hotel enjoys sunshine the whole day. In walking distance (pedestrian way) from the hotel is a nice inn, which in the evening serves traditional cold meals during the week.
The next little town to the south, Sankt Paul enjoys a monastery with a museum, a very well kept public bath, the pools are lined with Berndorf stainless steel. There is the possibility for rock climbing at the foot of the Ruine Rabensteiner, next to Sankt Paul.
Hotel is in really good location. The personal was kind, helpfull and really nice to us. The room was spacious and clean and we had a nice mountain view.
