The rooms were clean and cozy. The staffs will clean the the room everyday. Facilities in hotel provided is meet our expectations shown in the description. Bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure and hot water. We are having wonderful winter holiday in Bad Ischl.

The heater was on ice in the middle of the night, so cold that I couldn't sleep.
The water in the spa is also very cold, making it almost impossible to get in.
