We loved the traditional setting of the hotel with all the wood panelling etc. The breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant was lovely. The staff were great and it really felt as though we went back in time.

The food was terrific and the breakfast was excellent. The location is beautiful with a great view of the mountains and surrounded by nature, which made it perfect for us and our two dogs. It was also right on route for our road trip so it was super convenient to stay at.

The house is lovely with a gorgeous view!!!! Excellent location close to activities in the area. The house seems to have been renovated and everything is new. The house is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped. Thanks to the host who answered all our inquiries and helped us. We really enjoyed the area and the house, so we decided to extend our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The sauna section was large, with several saunas. The breakfast was quite extensive, but the first morning we got gluten-free bread, but not the second morning.

If you like mountains, this is another location you have to visit. Go up by cable car and walk the rest to the top.
On your way back you can relax in the middle station for a nice beer or warm drink.
At the lower station there is anough parking place icl. charging stations (activated by RIFD card!)

We booked a junior suite with balcony overlooking The Valley and the mountains. The room is as quiet and comfortable with a sofa and plenty of space. The balcony was huge and an added bonus.
We were travelling with our dog and the hotel supplied, without us asking, two dog bowls snd a dog bed.
We ate at the restaurant, sitting outside on the terrace. The food was a great mixture of traditional and traditional with a twist. Thoroughly recommend.

We loved the quality bed sheets and comfy mattress!Shower is large and comfortable and we got plenty towels. There are good cooking facilities and in our room we found salt and pepper (could be nice to also have available some olive oil). The room is clean, there are laundry facilities. Check in was easy. There are parking spaces for hotel guests.

The staff were very friendly, especially a lady who seems to be running the place most of the time. I didn't eat in the hotel but I had a beer and a cake and the prices were very reasonable.
