Our vacation in Zillertal was great! Great location (Bichl), good ski and the Hotel (Theresia) was excellent in every possible way: super-friendly, great hospitality! The staff attended to every need we had and made sure we know how to move in the area, explained in detail the ski options we had, ski-passes bought at the reception desk, great breakfast, really nice facilities / sauna / gym area / relax room etc., very clean and the half-board option proved to be ideal for us! The area has many ski resorts and gondolas and supports all tastes, as well as great accommodation, good accessibility via frequent ski buses and variety of lifts. Overall a very nice experience and we’ll be coming back for sure in Zillertal and especially in Hotel Theresia!!

It is in a good location close to the town centre and with a ski bus stop outside to take you to either three lifts up the mountain. The beds were comfy, showers warm, and breakfast was tasty. We stayed in a 12 person dorm as a group taking the whole room. It wasn’t spacious but worked ok for the 12 of us. The rest of the party had a 4 bed room which was very large with a kitchen attached.

A family hotel in a perfect location. It only takes 3-6 minutes to walk to the two cable cars (Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn). Gastronomy at the hotel is wonderful! There is a very good breakfast every morning and a 4-course menu in the evening (soup, salad buffet, main course with either meat/fish or vegetarian, dessert). The chefs prepare high-quality dishes at the level of gourmet restaurants. They use homemade products from their own farm. The Schneeberger family and the whole team were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit dull, being the same every day with no variation on the meals, but it was tasty nonetheless.
Dinners on the other hand have good variety, and change every day and are delicious.
The room was big with a beautiful view of the mountains.

Personal was super nice , you feel like home . It was summer and not busy at all and they still do everything for you , we arrived later and kitchen was waiting for us to make sure we get a dinner .

We loved everything about this our stay at Hotel Theresia. The spa and pool were new, clean and v relaxing. Doris and her staff were great, really helpful and always smiling. The food was excellent, we loved every meal. Great choice at breakfast. There are two bus stops right outside to take you to several vast ski areas. The train station also less than 10mins walk to connect you direct to Mayrhofen. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was great, the staff friendly and helpful, the access to main village via little train easy and frequent, buy the valley pass to get free local transport and use of cable cars. Good Austrian food and beer

The hotel is amazing in terms of cleanliness, staff and breakfast. They serve drinks in the evening and have heated ski boot holders to dry out after a day on the slopes.
