The facilities and spa were amazing. I went with my best friend and my mum as a little girls trip. The hotel was amazing, really good location. The view we had from the room was stunning and the hotel itself was amazing. Clean and spacious room, breakfast was nice especially ham and eggs. I came very late but they left an envelope for me so i can check in myself. I was a bit afraid from the reviews here but although it is an older hotel, it has very hot water im the tub, clean beds and towels and ofcourse privacy in your room. Im pretty happy with my stay and will definetly book again if i find myself in Innsbruck again.

Great hotel in a convenient location in the centre of Innsbruck old town. The room was very comfortable and stylish but still had lots of historic features. Breakfast was superb and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend.
