The accommodation is located very close to the Basilica and the restaurants. The rooms are well equipped, clean and quiet. The owner is a lovely lady. The breakfast was delicious, wide selection of different types of food. Everything was excellent. I really recommend the place for staying when visiting Maria Taferl.
Fabulous view of Danube and the countryside from our hotel room and its balcony, very pleasant staff, breakfasts were buffet-style and choices were more than sufficient. Dinner (a la carte) was exceptional - and very good value as well!

The reason that we booked this hotel was because of the commanding view of Danube from high up. (only if you book specific room with that view). The scenery is beautiful. Close to Melk Abbey, 10min drive.
