The team at the reception desk, manager included, was the best ever staff we encouter on our many travels. Helpfull, professional and sincerely kind.
We were in a studio at the 8th floor which we really liked. Room and bathroom and the whole hotel are very clean, breakfast was OK with helpfull staff. They are there at your disposal but almost unnoticable. The position is good too. There are nearby tram stations, few groceries and restaurants. The garage is small so maybe better to ask in advance, but at a very fair price for Vienna
We would choose it again for our stay and we think the staff of this hotel should be a benchmark for others.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and organized, bright and comfortable. Located in a quiet area, it was also very safe, being inside a private and green courtyard. The location was excellent: handy to take the local trains or the buses to reach the centre of Vienna or anywhere else. A very special thanks to the owner of the apartment, that has been extremely helpful and absolutely kind, helping us to find a mechanic in the middle of the summer holiday, able to fix the car in record times to return home. Highly recommendable.

The building is very interesting. It is very close to Danube bike trail, which was very convenient for us. The only small inconvenience is the bus station located just in front, however, with closed windows, there was practically no noise in our room. The hotel staff was very helpfull and the breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean. Overall it was a great experience.
Family run hotel in a old house with charming spirit. Owners are very friendly and helpful, speaking perfect English. Breakfast was very good, fresh food, many options for everyone, always fresh fruits and vegetable.
Backyard of the house feels bit like in Italy - enclosed, with trees, many flowers, running water and small details and decorations, relaxing.
The host was kind enough to supply coffee and fresh fruit as well as delicious chocolates. The place was well situated in the beautiful town of Klosteneuburg. There are beautiful historic streets in the vicinity. And so well situated to catch the train to Vienna. The Host has made a file of things to do and see which is so useful.
Wonderful! This accommodation is almost magical in its setting and charm. A stunningly beautiful garden, fantastic hosts, superbly equipped and furnished apartment. In addition, free parking is secure and the Wi-Fi is strong. I had an idyllic two days there and the best sleep I have enjoyed in months. I will return, for longer.

The location was excellent for us, close to Happy Land where my son plays basketball and his apartment. The staff was polite and very helpful. The restaurant was very good. The hotel was also very quiet during sleeping hours.
