Perfect place. We hiked here from Stripsenjochhaus. The guy who runs it couldn't have done anything more for us, from drinks to dinner. The service and food we received was excellent. The menu was varied and reflective of the local cuisine. There were three of us and we stayed in a family room. It was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. Hopefully we'll stay in Mitterjager again.

Cozy room! The room is clean. Very hospitable and polite staff. We had a nice time. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to get to dinner; everything was already booked.
Maria met us personally, it was very nice from her. She carried a lot about us, also when I got sick, it is super nice personal touch which I really appreciate.
The kitchen is well equipped, but there are also some options for the restaurants in Hotels nearby.
The apartment is very clean and super warm! Especially important during winter!

Loved this place, perfect for families, beautiful setting, food was great. It was a really good value with all the food. We stayed here two nights while hiking the Emperors Crown trail, perfect place for rest day. If I lived in Austria I would come to this place a couple times a year to mountain bike, hike and eat a lot.
One of the staff even picked us up when we came off the trail (gas station called hotel). It was unexpected and we were grateful.
I used this hotel for an overnight stay on my way to the SkiZirkus Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The owner and staff are really kind and supportive and I had a good diner and breakfast. Although the state of maintenance is below par, it should not keep you from booking a room for an overnight stay.
We had a wonderful time in Kramerhof Hotel with my family, the staff of the Hotel was kind and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast and dinner was perfect with local products. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to families.
The property is well designed, feels really comfortable. The apartments got everything you need on a hiking or skiing holiday. Great for a holiday with your dog, really nice walks starting from the hotel.
The staff were extremely friendly, we arrived 30 minutes before dinner ends and they fixed me up with a vegan pasta off the menu.
Breakfast is a bit poor for vegans but overall the hotel is great.
