The hotel and the staff were excellent throughout, what a wonderful location, all staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful especially Gary, the hotel is immaculately clean so great credit to housekeeping too and food stunning too so bravo to the chefs also. The hotel was unexpectedly great - the staff was exceptionally friendly, the rooms are beautiful, the whole atmosphere is lovely. We had a room with balcony and what impressed me is the bathroom was huge and the retro bathtub was a very pleasant touch. The food was fine, meeting the standards of a three-star hotel in the city. However, because the Rudolfshütte is way out of the way, on top of a cable car ride, the offerings are remarkably rich. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
