Breakfast was simple, but tasty. The owners are very friendly and good people and were always helpful. The whole atmosphere is very cosy and rooms are clean. The beach is close (a few minutes walk) and they have their own storage room, where you can get deckchairs for free. Which is very convenient. You can park for free and the owners even let us extend our parking after check out. We would recommend the stay here.

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was diverse and well presented. Their home made jams are also very delicious. There is a fridge downstairs where you could put your self bought lunch and drinks( shop is just around the corner) or you could buy a cold drink from their fridge.

a beautiful lake, the road we took from Marling was especially beautiful,should have stopped at Cortina to break up the 5 hour journey, by road, that would have allowed a better look at the Dolomites> The Faaker See is a beautiful Blue lake the resort at Egg takes full advantage of the view and offers a wide variety of activities. Or you can just laze by one of the pools. We drove from there to Munich in under 4 hours and that drive was very beautiful also with great views of green or snow capped mountains in Late June on the A10.

The hotel is situated in a lovely scenery and we really enjoyed our hike around the lake. Our budget room was facing the back yard but two teraces with the stunning views of the lake are freely available to everyone. The staff were polite, pleasant and helpful, breakfast was wonderful and varied. The atmosphere of the beautifully appointed accommodation was extremely welcoming.
It's what you think you will find in a beautiful, peaceful setting near an Austrian lake. Absolute serenity and great service. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel. Flawless.
