Staff/ Owners really try to make this a nice experience but the hotel is dated (furniture, etc.). Restaurant has a limited menu but food is good and there is a good selection of local wines. Given that most guests are sales people travelling through there wasn't much atmosphere ... everyone pretty much kept to themselves.
The room was clean and functional. The staff were courteous. There was a restaurant attached which seem to offer good deals on meals in the evening. It was central to everything in Bad Sauerbrunn and a short distance from our relatives.
It was amazing and even more then amazing. 100% recommended. I travel for work and needed some whereto rest and have food this hotel is one off the best. The food is good the room are really comfortable and clean spotlessly.
