Immersed in old-fashioned charm, the hotel's attentive staff and soothing ambiance made for a truly relaxing stay. I found many quiet spaces within the hotel that I found very relaxing. There was a lovely hut in the garden with a beautiful panoramic view. There was also a beautifully furnished room at the top of the tower in the hotel where I spent most of the rainy day.

Perfect place to use as a base to explore the Salzkammergut area of Austria. The hosts were super nice and helpful, even allowing us to use some of the veggies from their garden to cook with. Stayed here for a week and really loved everything about the place.

A lot of club hotels can be a little over the top when it comes to interaction, sometimes you just want to go and do your own thing, explore the nature.... find your own way etc and this place is perfect for that. Everyone is approachable, there is enough going on to keep you busy but also it only takes 5 minutes walk to be away from the crowd and cycling through winding bike trails/hidden paths. If you want to dive in and take advantage of the more interactive facilities then you won't be disappointed.
Archery, Horse Riding, Cycle tours and much more for both adults and kids. Food is always excellent with enough variety for the fussiest of eaters, the selection of beer spreads beyond 'just the house pils' so that is a nice change from this kind of hotel.
Live entertainment is surprisingly good for a club hotel, actual live performances without simulated vocal playbacks, genuinely trained artists and competent tech behind the scenes. (top marks for this)

This was my second visit to the hotel. (in 2018, I visited with my three sons). I like the atmosphere of the hotel. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The surrounds and stables add to the atmosphere although in this visit I did not have time for a ride. I took breakfast on the second morning and found a wide range of produce available from breads and cereals to boiled eggs and a selection of meats and tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers. Also, as much coffee as you wanted.
The staff was very friendly, we chose the hotel mainly because of the horse stables and it did not disappoint. The breakfast was also great with lots of choice. There is also a glass-walled playroom in the restaurant area, which was wonderful since it allowed us to have breakfast in peace while our little girl was having fun as well
The location is amazing and a top hit for all horse enthusiasths. Big parking lot, big room, great breakfast and very friendly staff awaits you if you choose this hotel. It was a delight to have breakfast in the sun while watching horses enjoy their morning runs right next to the terrace.
