If you have never been to Dubai before ,do the two days bus tour to get your bearings and a good idea of how to get about in dubai. Built up areas but exciting with many interesting place to hang out. Need transport for some areas but they have a great Metro system, cheap, very modern and easy to manoeuvre Dubai has a lot to do and see.got to remember it was a desert, it's polluted with to many cars and when it's very very dry, it's very dusty. Not to hit in April, it's manageable with great air conditioning. It's a beautiful country. Planning to go back next year.
Best place was the old Dubai, favourite place the museum of the future, especially the sculpture of innovation then the frame. Best food the local community restaurant. Cheapest transport the 1Aed. By boat.

I have travelled all over the world and in Dubai felt one of the safest cities we have been to.I saw police in airport only and all week never saw any incidents anywhere.The only siren i heard all week once only once and it was an ambulance.
Wherever we went the people were so friendly with directons etc..

DXB aiport very clean and automatic passport check and fast security! I recommand to visit during winter time November to April before summer heat! will come back for sure!
Millenium Al Barsha is such a great hotel. All the staff are pleasant and friendly and nothing is any trouble. Customer service is excellent. The location is the best I have stayed in whilst in Dubai. Plenty of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants in walking distance. Local park about 25 minute walk. Mall of the Emirates 5 minute walk and the Metro is also about 5 minutes. A few Metro stops away is the Marina and Jumeira Beach and it only costs 6aed to get there on the Metro. There is so much to do in Al Barsha. Its great.
-Location is superb if you want to have easy access to the metro, Burj Khalifa, and Dubai mall. You'll get out of the hotel and walk via an overpass to the mall which offers a variety of restaurants

We opted to stay at the downtown Sofitel and not at the beach area because we weren't going to spend that many days at the beach and it seemed the beach area is really hard to get in and out, won't be able to use the metro system at all.

It is so beautiful and the rooms are so well equipped and provides everything you and your family will need for a wonderful stay. Shiny floors, trendy decor that makes for stylish pictures. Super comfortable beds. This is literally just as good as staying at a 5 star hotel. Staff is incredibly welcoming and the breakfast is delicious. Beautiful rooftop pool! We were visiting on business but looking for a hotel on the beach. It was well appointed with plenty of facilities. We actually liked the location, not that far from the Emirates Mall and the Dubai Marina. It is further from the middle or the airport, but that suited us. We took Taxis to the centre and World Trade Centre which cost about £30 each way. The beach is fantastic and having a tame cat never does any harm. There were a number of restaurants on site and we stayed in a few nights.
This hotel gives you one of the best value for your money in the area. The room meets all standards of luxury with large showers, spacious room and bathroom, and very comfortable bed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location, within walking distance to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, but they do offer a shuttle to the mall every half hour and the metro station is only a 7 min walk away and one stop from the mall as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in downtown Dubai.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was amazing and you could feel the 5 star standards. View from the room was also great! Here at Radisson they don't just give you a room, but they think about your comfort. Even their room sleepers are so puffy and comfy that you feel like at home. Location is also great, you can walk to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa or take taxi to there just for 3 dollars. Also they have experienced hotel taxi that can take you to airport for a regular price of city taxi.
We booked for a 2 bed room suits which was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was really good with a number of items in the buffet. We also enjoyed lunch and dinner.
The location is very convenient to travel to Dehra City Center, Dubai Mall and Marina.
However, the best part of this property is the employees. They are always ready to provide help to their guest. Hotel staff / employees will go extra mile to meet the customer experience. We enjoyed their service.

We had a lovely experience. Breakfast was lovely. We went downstairs for the buffet and also tried the room service breakfast. This Hotel is definitely good place for families. You can park your car aswell. Taxi services also available. The Hotel is on Al Tarres Street, Dubai Marina. Its not far from Dubai Marina Mall. You can also book a yacht trip by the marina. It is exactly what they advertised.
Hotel is close to the airport which is great. City centre and marina are a bit further - 30-50 min by taxi depending on traffic. Advantage is that there is lots of space - rooms are big, garden and pools are very nice, lots of space on the beach. Staff very polite! Great Thai food. In the evening it was rather calm which we enjoyed, no laud music or people:-)
Lovely Hotel. Good price as it's quite far away from Dubai marina and downtown area.
But a much better option than a grubby cheap hotel for similar money in town. Did not regret changing hotels. A lovely hotel. Perfect for families and solo travelers. It is very much a multicultural family environment.
The position is a great spot for both vacation on the beach as well as for active one if you want to travel around Dubai.
The JBR beach is absolutely stunning and about 10 min walk from the hotel. The metro station and the Marina Mall are about 15 min walk.

The hotel is right in the center of the Dubai Marina and right next to Dubai Marina Mall. Breakfast is excellent. We've been to many 5-star hotels but this was by far the best we've ever had. Great Dubai Marina view.
