The bungalows offer tropical décor, wooden furniture and a fan. The bathrooms are private and come with shower. All come with river or jungle views and the energy is solar.

Might have been the best place I've been to in Guatemala. It's not packed with backpackers, instead I met a lot of Guatemalan families there. Amazing location in the middle of the jungle, on the river, and the staff is the best. Really made you feel at home.

Location was spot on as we got the boat from Rio Dulce to the hotel and then the boat to PG picked us up from there. The staff were friendly. It was just a short walk from restaurants and the migration office.

Martha & her family did everything to make our 3 nights stay as good as possible. The bungalow was spacious, had nice hammocks on its balcony and clean bathroom. The location was ideal: close to nice highlights in Rio Dulce with kayak, while you could fully relax at Casa Maya.
