Boasting a garden, terrace, restaurant and free WiFi, Casa de la Iguana is situated in Lívingston, 1.2 km from Capitania Beach and 1.5 km from North Livingston Beach. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor pool. The accommodation features a tour desk, and currency exchange for guests.

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The breakfast, drinks, and other menu options were offered at a great price and delicious. The garden is beautiful with lots of areas to relax and hang out. There were a number of showers and bathrooms, so I never had to wait to use them which is a big bonus! I had a very special experience here. I broke my wrist during my stay in Livingston and could not have been better-taken care of. The family that owns this hostel ensured I made it to the hospital (in the middle of the night), made sure both my friend and I were comfortable, also let us stay in one of their private rooms which was such a treat (beautifully designed space and so cozy). I am so grateful for them! They are lovely and truly care about every one of their guests.

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant, Hotel Villa Caribe is set in gardens overlooking Izabal Lake and the Caribbean Sea. Offering private beach access, it has a peaceful setting in Livingston, on the Rio Dulce Delta.

Villa Caribe is 100 m from the quay for the lanchas. Hotel with all rooms facing the lagoon and a terrace with 2 plastic chairs. There are also a few bungalows with even a nicer view. Twin bedded rooms very clean with air condition. Bathroom with hot water. Wifi works well. Small safe in the room with a key to ask at the reception. Personal very polite and friendly. Pleasant restaurant with sea view . The food is expensive. There is a small restaurant and bar with yellow colour just before the entrance of villa Caribe. They offer only 4 different meals but a lot of drinks and the prices are much better. Breakfast buffet but they serve you, you cannot help yourself but can come back many times. The buffet is simple and doesn't seem to change : omelet, little sausages, pancakes, bread. It's a bit limited in choice unfortunately. Large swimming pool clean. They provide free towels. A little basic beach with a long quay with lots of pelicans. By far the best hotel in town. I had to change to another hotel near the water to be with friends one night, this was a nightmare and 8,5 on booking, I don't understand.

Right from the beginning Victor and Louis together with nice dog Baluu welcomed us at the deck. Going above and beyond during stay. Victor prepared for us amazing food and hight quality drinks in the middle of the jungle(!) Louis helped us plan next day and all the activities. The view is amazing especially for the sunset. We felt like home during our stay. Thank You very much!

Located in the middle of the jungle, 3 km from Livingston Town Centre, Finca Tatin Hotel features an extensive garden, a furnished terrace and hammock area.

The bungalows offer tropical décor, wooden furniture and a fan. The bathrooms are private and come with shower. All come with river or jungle views and the energy is solar.

If i have to select 1 place in Central America, this would be the one ! This property is magical. Placed in the jungle by the Rio Dulce is just perfect little paradise. The whole staff is great, perfect, nice , professional. It was a pleasure staying there. I sure will be back. For the digital nomads, if you need to do some loadings, you need to know that it will take you 3 to 5 times more time to work. But then again, you have the perfect environment and it's a great place to slow down.

Location was spot on as we got the boat from Rio Dulce to the hotel and then the boat to PG picked us up from there. The staff were friendly. It was just a short walk from restaurants and the migration office.

Martha & her family did everything to make our 3 nights stay as good as possible. The bungalow was spacious, had nice hammocks on its balcony and clean bathroom. The location was ideal: close to nice highlights in Rio Dulce with kayak, while you could fully relax at Casa Maya.
